Vitamin creams are often neglected in many people’s beauty routines. These creams result in major improvements in the condition of your skin. Naturally different vitamins are good for different skin issues.

Each day you probably take a general vitamin. Applying vitamin cream is the same concept. You apply vitamin creams topically. This means that they are absorbed through the skin rather than the stomach. This gets you completely different results than oral vitamins.

There are four major players when you are dealing with topical vitamins. Nearly every type of vitamin will benefit your skin. However, these four have key roles in major skincare issues.

A vitamin cream should go directly on a problem area. Your cream will contain, depending on your issue:

• Vitamin A to result in tighter skin. Vitamin A helps skin keep in moisture. It can provide skin with a youthful appearance. Vitamin A may also be called retinol. It could result in sun sensitivity. Use care with it.

• Vitamin E if you want diminished scarring. Scars and tears can be healed with the help of vitamin E. As a result it is a great deep wrinkle treatment. Scars and stretch marks can be diminished using vitamin E oil.

• Vitamin K to help with discoloration. Rosacea issues require vitamin K. You can also treat sun and age spots this way. However, for some people breakouts results from vitamin K creams. Be sure to watch your skin condition closely for the results that you want.

• Vitamin C if you want anti-aging action. Vitamin C has healing capability inside and out. Vitamin C can actually heal up your wrinkles. However, it might blister very sensitive skin. Use it carefully and monitor your results.

You can definitely get serious results with topically applied vitamins. When you pair them with oral vitamins, you will be amazed at your skin with vitamin creams.
