Panic Disorder & Anxiety Attacks – Drugs Won’t Help, Self Taught Techniques Will
Is it a panic attack or an anxiety disorder? Are you suffering from one or both? Actually the general view is that they are one and the same.
You can suffer the same group of symptoms from either of these conditions. And it matters not whether mild or severe. You will know about it if you get an attack.
Whether you call them panic attacks or an anxiety disorder. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Something, anything that helps to keep these symptoms under control.
I know full well how urgent the need for treatment is after witnessing a full blown attack. A huge list of drugs is available from your doctor to treat panic & anxiety symptoms. I’d advise getting a proper check-up as soon as possible just in case anything more sinister is going on.
If you are suffering from an anxiety disorder or panic attack. I suggest you try to avoid prescription drugs. There are a few reasons why I would say that.
For a kick off you want to swerve any side effects if you can. Any course of medication will (or should) be for a short duration only. I’d say it was a poor doctor who would keep you on medication for the long term.
I’d expect your doctor to want to stop your medication as quickly as they safely can. But what if I come off the drugs you might ask. Indeed that’s a very good point.
I think you’ll be pleased to know that you don’t need to rely on drugs. There are other methods that will work better. And they don’t rely on any kind of drugs. No drugs, pills, potions or black magic. Nothing like that.
These drug free techniques were put together by other panic attack victims. Victims who have conquered the problem. These systems & methods show you how to read the signs of a coming panic attack. And then quickly stamping down on them and halting an attack before it starts.
Your choice now is this…live with your panic attacks and anxiety disorder. Or take your life back and get back to normal.

Anxiety disorders are a unique group of illnesses that fill people’s lives with persistent, excessive, and unreasonable anxiety, worry, and fear. They include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), and specific phobias. Although anxiety disorders are serious medical conditions, they are treatable.
iNDICATED FINDRXONLINE An anxiety disorder and a co-occurring chronic pain disease can make a person’s health more difficult to treat. But a variety of treatments and lifestyle changes can offer relief. Possible health complications are noted below:
•Increased disability or reduced functioning
•Poorer quality of life
•Poorer response to treatment
•Poorer treatment adherence
•Increased perception of disease severity
Chronic pain sufferers who also have an anxiety disorder may have lower pain tolerance or a lower pain threshold. People with an anxiety disorder may be more sensitive to medication side effects or more fearful of harmful side effects of medication than chronic pain suffers who aren’t anxious, and they may also be more fearful of pain than someone who experiences pain without anxiety.
